Shubman Gill, A Young Talent Making Waves in International Cricket

Shubman is more deadly than ever with his newly gained ability of boundary-clearing. Shubman Gill became only the fifth Indian batsman to reach the century mark in all three international formats after hitting 126 off 63 balls.

Recently, Gill became the 5th player in the world to score centuries in all three formats of the game – Test, One-Day Internationals (ODIs), and Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).

Shubman Gill scored a brilliant century against New Zealand in the series deciding third T20I match on Wednesday at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Gill’s first century in the shortest format came off a 54-ball innings.

The 23-year-old batsman from Punjab in his unbeaten knock of 126 from 63 balls hits 12 fours and 7 sixes. India finished the 20 overs with an impressive 234 for 4 thanks to Gill’s blitz.

He is a top-order batsman and has been a consistent performer in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as well as the Indian national team.

It is clear that Shubman Gill has a bright future ahead of him in international cricket. He has the talent, determination, and hunger to succeed at the highest level, and he is well on his way to becoming one of the greatest batsmen of his generation.
