Crystal Lake
After 14 years, the Friday the 13th franchise is finally returning to the big screen with “Crystal Lake,” an upcoming prequel series from A24, Peacock, and Bryan Fuller (“Hannibal”) that will miraculously reuse any existing franchise elements. Peacock has ordered “Crystal Lake” straight to series, describing it as an “expanded prequel” to the original Friday the 13th franchise.
